The package is P1,500 total.
You will end up with the following.
1) Certificate of Incorporation
2) Company Extracts
3) Appointment of Secretary
4) Share Certificate
5) Bank Account Opening Documents

This whole package takes 5 working days if your names are not rejected, but if the name is rejected then it will be an extra day for each rejection.
What we will need from you to start this whole package is your proposed names (3 names).
Then we will need the following information for all directors & shareholders.
1- Copy of ID/Password (you can take picture of ID (front and back) and send on WhatsApp)
2- Postal address
3- Physical/Residential Address (with plot or ward)
4- Email
5- Cell phone
6- Share amount for each shareholder
A total of 100% payment or P1,500.00 will be required before we start, you can send all this information on WhatsApp and transfer payment to e-wallet or to our FnB company account, or even visit out office to make payment before we process.
If you want additional services like trading licence, PPADB Codes and the others, then we can also do that for you as additional services with additional fees.
If you live outside Gaborone, we will still need the mentioned names and details sent to us on our WhatsApp number and the final document will be sent to you through the registered mail service of Post office so that you can check where the mail is from your post office.
For PPADB, we charge you P750.00 for 12 months administration. Which means that for a period of 12 months we will be adding codes for you for that 1ns off fee.
Business name registration is P500.00
This offer is for both Batswana citizens and even those who are of foreigners living and wishing to do business in Botswana.
Also, if you have a business name and wish to convert it into a company, we can still offer you the same package, but you will have to pay an additional fee of P300 for cessation of Business name.
